Breathe Beyond is a deeply held supported space for the curious and the courageous who are ready to break down the armour, exhale the noise, and return to the truth inside their body.

In a small group setting (max 4), I’ll guide you on a journey back to yourself, through the breath, the body, and the subconscious mind.

Each practice opens a unique door into your healing:

  • Transformative Breathwork: for nervous system regulation, deep release & intuitive clarity

  • De-armouring Bodywork: to feel safe in your own skin again, energetically and physically

  • NLP: to gently rewire old mental loops and reconnect thought with sensation

Together, they activate the wisdom of your whole system in a way you don’t just understand your healing, but embody it.

You leave lighter, clearer, and more whole because something inside you finally got to breathe.

  • Asthma or epilepsy

  • Severe post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

  • Retinal detachment

  • Glaucoma

  • Kidney disorders

  • High blood pressure

  • Diabetes

  • Aneurysm in the brain or abdomen

  • Cardiovascular diseases such as a heart attack or stroke (in the past)

  • Uncontrolled thyroid disorders

  • Use of medications that affect the brain (such as antidepressants, medications for anxiety disorders, or ADD and OCD medications)

  • Previous diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or any other psychiatric condition

  • Admission for a psychiatric disorder or emotional crisis in the past 10 years

  • Or if, for medical reasons, you need to be cautious with intense physical exertion and emotional release
