At The Hearth, you will find a supported and nurturing space where I’ll help you TRANSMUTE - basically - anything by finding your own light. You’ll be supported in discovering new perspectives, expanding your awareness, open yourself up to your own soft embodied wisdom and move through life with more EASE, JOY & GRACE. Whether you're seeking healing from emotional struggles, breaking through mental blocks, or simply wanting to live more in alignment, you will be guided through each phase of your journey with compassion, care and reverence. And no, we don’t bypass the dark stuff, we go straight in and through it.

    Tailored energetic bodywork and deep dive coaching. We work with energy, the body, the breath and a strong psychological lens — practical, grounded, and deeply transformative. In person and online.

  2. Ceremonial Work
    Small supported, sacred, spaces with plant-, breath-, body- and energy medicine. For those called to deep, soul-level healing.

  3. Group Programs
    Intimate (online) groups for women ready to drop from head to heart and reconnect with their inner truth.
