Miro Magick
Gentle Plant-Supported Therapy
& Body-Based Awareness
A subtle pathway to change
True transformation often happens gradually. Not through force or dramatic experiences, but through consistent, gentle openings.
Micro Magick is designed for people who want to move beyond recurring thought patterns and behaviours, and into deeper awareness of themselves.
By combining micro amounts of plant allies (such as cacao, blue lotus, or mycelium-based wisdom) with energy work, therapeutic reflection, and body-based techniques, Micro Magick creates the conditions for both release and insight.
The plants help quiet the mind and allow you to sink deeper into your own being, while the body- and energy work support you in processing and integrating what arises.
What is it?
Micro Magick is a therapeutic approach that integrates subtle plant support with somatic and energetic methods. It is not about altered states or visions, but about creating just enough openness for underlying layers to become accessible.
The plant component(s) helps reduce mental “noise,” so you can access deeper layers of experience.
Body-based techniques support the release of tension, stress, or trauma stored in the body.
Energy balancing promotes regulation and restores a sense of flow.
The therapeutic and coaching dialogue creates awareness around the patterns that keep certain blockages in place, allowing you to not only release tension but also understand how it manifests in daily life.
Together, these elements form a holistic process of awareness and transformation: physical, emotional, mental, and behavioural.
What does science say?
Emerging research into microdosing points to potential benefits for mood regulation, cognitive flexibility, and creativity. While scientific understanding is still developing, many participants report improvements in focus, emotional balance, and resilience.
Cacao and blue lotus have historically been used to support relaxation, openness, and self-reflection. Micro Magick does not replicate traditional ceremonial use, but draws inspiration from these practices in a grounded, therapeutic setting.
When is Micro Magick right for you?
This work may be suitable if you:
Struggle with recurring thought patterns or behaviours you want to shift
Carry stress, emotional tension, or “heaviness” in your body
Long for a supported, grounded introduction to subtle plant-supported therapy
Prefer gradual, embodied change rather than intense or overwhelming methods
Value the integration of somatic work, coaching, and reflective awareness
Is one session enough?
One session can bring immediate relief or insight, but sustainable change often requires repetition. Just as in physical training or psychotherapy, depth and integration build over time. Returning for multiple sessions allows the nervous system, body, and mind to adapt and embody new ways of being. I advice 3-6 sessions over a period of 3-6 months.
Who is it for?
For whom:
People with an interest in personal development and therapeutic work
Highly sensitive individuals who benefit from gentle, structured support
People seeking a bridge between cognitive awareness and embodied change
Not recommended / Contraindications:
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Current use of strong psychiatric medication (SSRIs, antipsychotics)
A history of psychosis or severe psychiatric conditions
People expecting rapid or “visionary” experiences — this process is subtle and gradual
An intake is always standard procedure. If I think it’s not a fit, I won’t facilitate.

The Session
Sessions begin with a conversation to set an intention and identify themes you want to work with. You then receive a carefully measured micro amount of the chosen plant ally (cacao, blue lotus, or mycelium-based preparation), adapted to your needs and sensitivity.
You remain fully clothed, lying in a comfortable setting. I combine:
Body-based techniques to release stress and support deeper regulation
Energy balancing to restore flow and integration
Subtle plant support to quieten mental overactivity and allow deeper access
Therapeutic dialogue to create awareness of how blockages repeat in thoughts, beliefs, or behaviours
The session lasts approximately 3 hours, this includes the preparation beforehand and integration afterwards.
Most clients describe it as an intense powerful reset: a space where body, mind, and awareness begin to align.
