Energetic Bodywork
The YOUrney is the lighter version of my signature session where we adventurously explore the inner world of YOU in 1.5 hours.
The Deep Drop is an 2.5 hour, full on experience with me as your guide.
Both trips are intuitively guided energywork experiences that combine a unique blend of techniques to help you open up sacred space within yourself.
The primary goal of these sessions is to provide your entire system with a profound cleanse and reset, leaving you revitalized, with renewed energy, mental clarity, a deeper connection to your heart, and alignment that allows your joy to flow freely.
You will receive my full attention and the best of my guidance as we take a deep dive into YOU.
Both sessions are both powerful but because the duration of the sessions is different, the outcome is for all the obvious reasons also different.
I would recommend a YOUrney to people who are beginners in this type of work, a deep drop is more for the moderately experienced people who are ready to truly take themselves to a next level.
As a certified facilitator, I create a supported space for self-healing, inviting your unique energy to flow and supporting your inner journey.

The Session
You will never know what is going to happen in a YOUrney as it is completely intuitive.
You will lay down on a bed or a yoga mat wearing your comfy clothes.
This sessions requires prerequisites (fill out the form).
Participation
I highly recommend to book multiple (3-6) sessions if you'd like a truly transformational therapeutic experience.
This offering is for men and women of all ages.
I like to focus especially on highly sensitive, high-achieving women between 25 and 60 who want to reconnect with their body and inner stillness.
You don’t have to be “spiritual” or believe in energy work to benefit. You just have to be open to receiving.
If you are open to new perspectives on yourself for personal growth exploring the realms of energywork, I am happy to hold sacred space for you.
