Access Bars® offers a way to calm that overactivity. Not through effort, but through gentle, energetic touch.

Access Bars® is a hands-on energy technique that works by lightly touching 32 points on your head. Each point relates to a different area of your life such as control, creativity, money, relationships, or your body.

When these points are gently held, they begin to release built-up tension, fixed beliefs, and energetic blockages. It’s like defragmenting your inner hard drive.

What does Access Bars do?

You don’t need to do anything in a session. You lie down fully clothed while I gently hold the points on your head in a specific sequence. Many people fall asleep or enter a deeply relaxed state.

What does science say?

A 2017 neuroscience study using brain mapping (EEG) showed that one 90-minute Bars session significantly reduced brainwave activity associated with stress and anxiety — and increased brain coherence, a marker for clarity and cognitive ease.

Who is it for?

Access Bars is suitable for nearly everyone. I like to focus especially on highly sensitive, high-achieving women between 25 and 60 who want to reconnect with their body and inner stillness.
You don’t have to be “spiritual” or believe in energy work to benefit. You just have to be open to receiving.

You will lie down on a treatment table. You can close your eyes while I gently touch points on your head.
