ReiKi is a Japanese healing art that channels universal life energy through the hands enabling the body’s self healing capacity.
As I gently place my hands on or just above your body, the energy flows where it’s needed most.

The Session
You will lie down on a treatment table. You can close your eyes while I gently hoover above or lighty touch your body.
Mental blockages and suppressed emotions may surface, activating your self-healing ability.
Some people feel warmth, tingling, or waves of energy. Others simply feel calm or fall asleep.
A session usually lasts 60 minutes. The experience is always unique, but the essence is the same: safety, gentleness, and deep rest.
